1. Scope
These terms explain the rules for using the Musevo app and everything that comes with it (we call all of this the “Service”). Musevo is run by Cubera Solutions AG. When you create an account or use the app, you agree to follow these terms.
2. The Service
Musevo is a space for artists to find inspiration, take part in weekly creative challenges, and share and save artwork. The Service deliberately has no likes, comments or public engagement metrics.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are younger than the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership of the artwork and journeys you create. By uploading content, you grant Musevo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display that content solely in order to operate the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- harass, impersonate or violate the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Musevo name, logo, software and design are the property of Cubera Solutions AG. Historical artworks shown in the app are reproductions of public-domain works, provided for inspiration and educational purposes.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Musevo excludes implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages. [Tailor to applicable jurisdiction.]
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
