1. Scope
These terms explain the rules for using the Musevo app and everything that comes with it (we call all of this the “Service”). Musevo is operated by Cubera Solutions AG, General-Wille-Strasse 96, 8706 Feldmeilen, Switzerland. When you create an account or use the app, you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Musevo is a space for artists to find inspiration in how the great masters worked, take part in gentle weekly creative challenges, and upload, share and save artwork. The Service deliberately has no likes, comments or public engagement metrics.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are younger than the age of digital consent in your country, you may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your content
You keep all ownership of the artwork, titles, notes and journeys you create. By uploading content, you grant Musevo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely in order to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual copies kept in routine backups until they are overwritten. You confirm that you hold the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, share or do anything that:
- is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful;
- is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or depicts or exploits minors in any way;
- impersonates another person or violates the rights or privacy of others;
- attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Reporting content & moderation
If you come across content on the Service that you believe breaches these terms, please report it using the in-app report option or by emailing hello@musevo.art. We review reports and may remove content, and warn, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. We may also remove content or limit access where we are legally required to or where it is necessary to protect the Service or its users. Where the app offers the option, you can also hide or block content and users you would rather not see.
7. Intellectual property
The Musevo name, logo, software and design are the property of Cubera Solutions AG. The historical artworks shown in the app are reproductions of public-domain works, provided for inspiration and educational purposes.
8. Availability & changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, change or discontinue features from time to time.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Musevo excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content created by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cubera Solutions AG in Meilen, Switzerland, so far as legally permissible. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings at the courts of your place of residence, and mandatory consumer protections there are not affected.
13. App stores
You download Musevo through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply to that download. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the Service. On iOS, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
