1. Data controller

The entity responsible for the processing of your personal data is Cubera Solutions AG, General-Wille-Strasse 96, 8706 Meilen, Switzerland. You can reach us at info@cubera.ch.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: your name or chosen handle, email address and password. Your password is always scrambled before it is saved, so no one, not even us, can ever read it.
  • Content you create: artworks you upload, the journeys you build, and the pieces or journeys you save.
  • Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting information about how the app is used, to help us improve it.
  • Technical data: device type, app version and similar information needed to deliver and secure the service.

Musevo has no likes and no comments by design, so we do not collect or store social-engagement metrics on your work.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide your account and the core features of the app.
  • To store and display the artworks and journeys you create or save.
  • To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
  • To send essential service communications.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent where required, and to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing Musevo. [Adjust to your applicable framework, e.g. GDPR / Swiss FADP.]

5. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. hosting and infrastructure providers) under appropriate data processing agreements. [List sub-processors.]

6. Storage & retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your content or close your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@cubera.ch.

8. Cookies & analytics

The marketing website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to function. Any optional analytics are described and, where required, asked for via consent.
